You warrant to the Posstack team that you will not use the apps and related services by the Posstack team for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited as described in these Terms of Use.
You must not: use the Apps on any other website other than your Shopify store; reproduce, give away, share, license, sub-license, sell, rent, lease, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Apps in any form or by any means, or make the whole App or part of it available to any third parties; In any way attempt reverse engineer, to derive or gain access to the source code of the Apps, in whole or in part; conduct any activity from the use of the apps, other than to use the Apps for the purpose of improving the performance of your Shopify store.
This website and our apps, including all software code, content, and design, are the property of Posstack (or third parties who have contributed) and protected under applicable intellectual property and other laws, unless otherwise agreed in a prior written agreement with Posstack. We, or our partners, licensors or suppliers, own all right, title and interest in and to the website content, including without limitation all copyright and other intellectual property and proprietary rights in and to the site content.
It is acknowledged that the Website is operated from Vietnam and may be accessed from another country. You acknowledge and confirm that by accessing the site or using our Apps, you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.

Since we offer a free trial period, all charges are non-returnable. The full price for the payment period will be charged unless you unsubscribe before the end of the trial period. The full price for the payment period will be charged 100% in advance if there is no free trial period.
Prices for our apps are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Termination of these Terms of Use by any reason does not bind us to return you the amount spent for purchase of the App.
Posstack reserves the right to refuse service to you at any time and to remove any content you submit for any reason and without notice to you. These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
